Introduction | Game and Tournament Rules | Submission A | Submission B | Rules: Dollar Sevens Tournament | Mathematical Analysis | Comparison to Caribbean Stud | Conclusion |
The potential for a major joint promotion with other Australian Casinos and even the possibility of pushing this across to New Zealand may turn Blackjack Dollar Sevens and the Sevens Tournament into one of the richest events ever held anywhere in the World. Linking one of the worlds most popular games (Blackjack) with a substantial Tournament prize through a $1 side bet may provide yet another point of differentiation for Casinos in the future. The purpose of this document is not only to promote that fact but also to describe in detail the mathematical analysis required to evaluate such a wagering option.
Further work regarding the prospects of card counting was carried out by Professor Peter Griffin who also kindly verified (independently) our own calculations.
